If the music have long passages of parallell movements, such as parallell thirds or sixths on one staff, this is often a fast way to do it:
- Enter one single line only
- Mark the measures with the passage
- Select the Transpose feature
- Set the transposition, but make sure that the Preserve original notes option are checked
