staffnoThe staff ID to check.
scoreThe view mode to check. true for scores, false for parts.
pSystemStavesIf non-NULL, the FCSystemStaves with the staves in the system where the staff should be checked. This is required if top/bottom system in the score list should be checked.
Returns
True if the staff should be displayed.
